Re: [RC] [RC] What do you prefer for rain gear during a ride - heidiBut when you are producing more calories than the ambient air will remove, you will sweat and I almost always find when I am working I sweat. Ah, but Truman, if you live in the desert, the ambient air will also absorb the sweat as rapidly as you can put it out, so you never get damp. (Unless, of course, you wear rain gear... ;-) ) Heidi PS: I mostly find myself sweaty in the winter when I'm wearing waaay too many clothes because the "ambient air" is taking away waaaay more calories than I want it to--and THEN I try to work... <g> =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
