Why not addressing this issue With Higher Ups????

Why not form some sort of trail managment plan.???  Where the BH ride
would actually monitor the trail condition, etc.....and use $$ from
donations / grants / etc????

AERC has funds available for supporting your trail efforts. All you
need to 
do is apply.
