I know my son rode his mare, Farah
Lena+/, 3000 miles in 8 or 9 years. No, she won't get the ten year
recognition, because, at 21, she is now in foal! At this moment she is
happily residing with Krakow, our Russian stallion, on 11 acres and she couldn't
be happier (unless her boy would come home from college more
often!).
We are sad she won't get the
"recognition" of a great endurance mare, but at this point a baby is more
important!
