[RC] Camping in the rain - Ridecamp Guest

Looks like my second LD ride will be one in the rain. I've ridden in the rain 
before but have not camped in it before.
Question: Is it just miserable for the horses to stand tied to 
the trailer overnight in the rain? I have a heavy blanket but it
is not rain proof as she normally is in the barn. Should I go 
and buy a rain sheet or just keep in her the trailer?
