[RC] Pre 1984 rides online request - Michael MaulIn response to:"I know I've asked this before, but is there any way to at least get the number of rides completed (and now the number of 100s completed), since you've added this neat new column) listed for 1984 and previous? I know this would take a lot of time, but hopefully I'm not the only one who has volunteered to help with data entry..."One other person so far has requested this. Here's the answer I sent privately. ******************************************************************** Unfortunately on the pre 1984 rides - there is no data in the "back miles" in the AERC files on the types of rides done. Only miles. We have no easy way to get to the information. A project that's really on the back burner is to set up a way for volunteers to take old issues of EN and enter that info into our online system. We will have a find a way to link names from those rides with horses/riders AERC numbers and for those who didn't have an AERC number in the current system - assign a fake AERC number. If that ever gets going - we can get your pre-1984 rides into the system.
