As you may have heard, EasyCare has redesigned the Easyboot and has
included the Easyboot Gaiter and the Easyboot Epic (Easyboot with Easyboot
Gaiter attached) to its product line. The new
Easyboot and Easyboot Epic have been designed to improve the performance of the
Easyboot on barefoot horses and in muddy terrain. The Easyboot Epic (with
Easyboot Gaiter attached) is ideal for the barefoot horse, muddy conditions or
for a horse who is difficult to keep booted. Both the newly
designed Easyboot and Easyboot Epic can be used for the shod
horse. Both the Easyboot and Easyboot Epic now
come standard with the Easyboot Cleat Cover. The cleats on the inside of the
Easyboot provide grip to the hoof wall. However, some owners do not like
the impressions they might put into the hoof wall and will prefer to use the
cleat cover. Note: the cleat cover is available for all

I have not personally tested the new Easyboot
Epic, however reports are great. This new Easyboot Epic reportedly is easy
to put on your horse and stays on!! The boots have been extensively tested
by endurance riders who are very enthusiastic about this new product.
