[RC] "Tar-covered" Butt - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Skyla slstewart@xxxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== I would agree, have the mare checked by a vet. Not to be an alarmist, but I had an old friend put down, that had "tar-butt" for many months before we found out he had serious intestinal problems. His problems turned out to be something no amount of money could have fixed. I just wish I would have known then, what I know now. I will never take "tar-butt" for granted again. I just thought my mother was feeding him too many bad apples. :o( I wish you a good diagnosis.
