Thanks for posting this...  In the Springtime, my mare sometimes goes crazy
(crowhopping, jiggy, etc.) toward the end of those first sweaty rides, and I
had wondered if she was super itchy under the saddle and really ticked off
about it.  Good to know it's not *necessarily* the crazy mare gene (though
it can't be excluded ;-)).
