Here is a great website where you can find everything you
need to file patents: http://www.uspto.gov/ . It has a
comprehensive database that helps determine what patents have been applied for
or granted...
Patent research is time-consuming, and if the patent is for
a pending product, you may want to get help!
I used to "play" on this site on rainy days when I didn't
have a good book.... it can be addictive!
