Re: [RC] loose dogs mean Howard wins the ride - Kristen A. FisherAs long as it's not one of the *riders* packing heat and shooting the dogs. If you aren't mounted and are packing it's probably OK. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jonni Jewell" <jonnij@xxxxxxxx> To: "Ridecamp" <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, January 26, 2004 12:24 PM Subject: [RC] loose dogs mean Howard wins the ride The other option is to just shoot the loose dogs. But someone might complain about that.(discharge of those guns in camp and all) Never know. The gun going off could spook some horse that the rider is bent over underneath it, trying to put easy boots on, as they always ride barefoot, (and are so proud of it) but they see this ride has rocks, so they don't want to make their horse sore because it has no hoof protection. And you know, being a LD rider, they need to be able to go really fast, as they are chasing those year end points, and they don't want sore feet to slow them down. Especially if Howard is at the ride. You know he ALWAYS races...... Did I miss anything?
