Does anyone have experience with cooperative boarding?  A group of my 
friends is investigating an opportunity to lease land which they would 
fence.  They would be responsible for everything.  The person 
spearheading the effort is not a horse owner but is a retired judge and 
the friend of one of the horse owners.  He has written up an agreement 
that I think has lots of holes and pitfalls.  Does anyone have any 
experience with  any kind of cooperative boarding arrangement.   Would 
you be willing to pass on your experiences, good and bad, as well as 
suggestions on how to set it up?
