[RC] electrocution from tank heater - Vanessa S Waters

This is what was sent from my neighbor, Patti. Vanessa Waters ~Thank you
for coming to the tragedy of our lovely Rieta.  I feel that I am
in a nightmare.  The news on the tank heater, it is not that.  The a~~~le
electrician, Dan Clark from Honeoye, did not ground the entire area
correctly.  Apparently the electric was bouncing around the whole time.
Rieta saved Noortje and my life.  We were right behind her heading for
the
tank too.  RG&E were here from 9-1, Dan Obine was here all day and shut
down
the whole operation pending a PI report.  There were 5 mistakes on the
electric installation.  Dan Obine said that Clark will never work in
Ontario
County again.  Their insurance company already made contact with Art. 
This
is unbelievable.  This whole project is off until further notice from
Dan.
We all could have been killed.  I still can not believe that we lost our
sweet Rieta.  However, Gigi is being a great surrogate mom.  When we went
down to place flowers on her grave and put on roses, ALL the horses
followed
us, stood around us, it was a group prayer for our Rieta and baby.  They
really know what is going on, including my dogs.  This place is so sad,
heartbroken and misplaced
