[RC] live v. killed virus vacs - Bette LamoreHi allI have always used the Prestige II whenever possible as it has flu A & B and Rhino 1 & 4 and we get more 4 than 1 and most of the other Rhino shots only do the pneumabort. Soooo this time Prestige is on back order with the big catalogue companies and they won't even take orders for it. I ordered a Rhino vac with both 1 &4 by Pfeitzer and it just arrived today---- only problem--- "Modified Live Virus" I've heard horror stories about live virus vac's and have always used killed viruses because of that.... but... want the 1 & 4 herpes protection (rhino). Anyone here have any experience with this particular brand? It's for babies so I want to be as safe as possible.
