[RC] Riding on a budget - Dyane Smith

The best night's sleep I ever got was in the back of my pickup.  I had a tent but the ground (So. Cal in summer) was too hard to put the stakes in. 
 
Not a permanent solution, but in So. Cal. balmy nights in summer are more common than not.
