[RC] re: equi-ade - Dolly Miller

Not sure if this is the same as equi-tea. It is called Equi-ade by Hot Pony Products.
fructose, sucrose, orange peel, citric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
I received a sample at a ride and I haven't tried it. Would this be all right to use during a ride or just after?
