[RC] Equipedic phase change - Ridecamp Guest

I was specifically refering to phase change. And I do think that
Ed said in his post on 10/22 that "I just happen to have enough
knowledge of heat transfer and the physics of phase change to
know that the claims of a significant cooling effect as a
result of "phase change" are false." Maybe technology has
changed. It looks to me like he said that this stuff doesn't
work. Those who use it know it works and the testing shows it
works. What else is there to say.
