Re: [RC] clipping - EliteI think it's really important to bath the horse (or a dog) before clipping. This will give you a much better clip and not dull your blades the way dirty hair will. I've never had a problem with Kool Lube being left on the skin, but I wipe my blade after each spray. One thing that I do when clipping (again horse or dog) is to spray the clipped area with a mixture of Listerene and water (1/2, 1/2 mixed in spray bottle) after clipping, then wipe with a towel. This disinfects the area that is clipped and discourages any fungal infection that may start on the skin.Good Luck!
