[RC] New Buckeye Feed - Val Nicoson

Does anyone know anything about the new Buckeye Feed
Endurance 101?  It has 14% protein, 40% starch, 45%
NFC (whatever that is), 10% fat, and 4% fiber and is
suppose to complement a grass and mixed forage diet
according to their website.  
A friend told me this may be a food feed for horses
who have had colic, and stomach and/or intestinal
problems. 
Is this a good feed for horses who may have ulcers as
well?
Any commnets on this new feed in general is
appreciated,
