Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Is there a good software out for keeping records on ones horses?  I would 
like to record happenings so that when a vet comes, I can print out 
everything from day one that I have owned the horse.  I was hoping to find 
what ever software the vets use to keep records, but mine doesn't even use any.
