Not really. You do get something of value
when you purchase from a dealer, if the dealer is good they backup their
statements as to condition, have checked the vehicle, perhaps offer a warrantee,
etc. Remember the "Bluebook" companies get their money from dealer
subscriptions to their service. Look at the dealer price as the MAXIMUM,
and the trade in as the MINIMUM and bargain somewhere in-between.
