[RC] Spooking Horse - mrsdI haven't used this method but have a neighbor who was having a major problem
with her mare.. Her vet had her use a pshychotic drug that is used on
people
who are schizophrenic. She injected the drug and it lasted for about six weeks
of riding. It is hoped that there will be a carry over.

after my experience on my 19 YO at the National 100 where he ran away at the
start and then proceeded to buck for at least a 1/4 mile, I may just give it a
try. With of course two weeks of withdrawal. Or maybe I need it . sure felt
like it. Yep! It really is great to get pulled and end up on the I.V. line.
He can be really hot at times and can spook so much that it is great to have the
bucking rolls on my old OF. He was fine the morning after his 34 mile romp.
He only has about 2400 miles including 4 Tevis completions in a row of his 11
one hundred mile rides.
