In life, we learn to adjust and accept disappointments.  That is the mark of
maturity. No matter how exprienced you or your horse is, I don't really
understand why you think an exception should be made in your case.  It is
pretty clear that the Tevis Board of Governors is not going to change their
age requirement and you are not going to get your way. Why don't you just
accept with situation with grace, and move on. JMO
