The VS restrictions are why i didn't travel to Ky for the Shagya 
inspections which are happening this month.  I was going to have to pay to 
have blood testing and the vet out and it wasn't worth the extra cost, so I 
just stayed home. Other states can get by with just the health cert. (like 
from TX to OK, AR, or LA) but to get into KY was much harder.
