It has a guillotine door that I close in the evening and open when I go out to feed in the morning. One bobcat tried for chicken dinner, but the wire thwarted him. And you can keep coyotes away from your property by using men's urine sprinkled around the perimeter fencing, high on the posts and renewed after hard rains. My neighbor, when I told him this, was skeptical. But he barbequed ribs one Saturday night, and thought he'd test the idea. He put two piles of rib bones outside his fence, about 20 feet apart (where he has seen coyotes every day) and pee'd around one pile. He said that the next morning there was only one pile left, and you can figure out which one...he's a believer now. New use for the hubby!!
