RE: [RC] flies - fly predators - Lonnie RueschThis is my first year using predator flies, and I have been very pleased. Previous years we have had a big fly problem, and last year it seemed even my terminator fly traps didn't work well. Even tho my barn is on a separate l acre lot from my home, I still had a big problem w/flies in the house. This year I think I have had 3, and those just recently when our weather cooled off - think they were trying to get in where it is warmer. A word of warning about free ranging chickens. They will eat your predator flies. So it seems you can't have both. While having free ranging chickens gives you the opportunity to engage in an Easter egg hunt each day - which can be fun - they always found a way to roost on my hay - ick. So they are penned up and the predator flies are free ranging! HA!Lonnie
