Yeah, people try other breeds and when they get serious, they get an Arabian.


don't you think Mustangs would be more suited for the races, sence they are use to all the weather conditions and the different terriens? I would think they'd be a whole lot better for this type of race.

If that was the case, why aren't more people riding mustangs in endurance? Is everyone just plain stupid? Or maybe there is just a teensy bit of reason for all those Arabians completing all those ride?


Besides, mustangs are *not* used to all the weather conditions and different terrains. There are only a few places in the country where they grow up wild (and most of them are high and dry), and everywhere else, in domestication, mustangs are raised under just the same conditions as their Arabian stable mates.
