Tanya Tucker is an avid competitor in cutting horse contests. She was National Cutting Horse Association's 1996 Celebrity Champion, 1994 KSCS Fair Celebrity Cutting Champion & National Cutting Horse Association's 1990 Celebrity Champion.


Tom Cruise, who once gave a horse worth $25,000 to Robert Duvall, did his share of riding in Far and Away.

Twins Rachel and Robin Bush, famous from the Little House on the Prairie tv series where they were listed as Lindsay and Sydney Greenbush (their middle names). They alternated playing Carrie Ingalls.
