Personally, _I_ wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole even they were
telling the truth.  I know the money isn't MINE, so I wouldn't do it
even if I were to get 30% of the money.  Let them go find some other
thief to help them to perpetrate their fraud.

That is what is being asked for here, help to defraud a bank out of
$25.8 million. Anybody who takes them up on it deserves to be scammed.
