[RC] barefoot - Sonshine575My Morgans are not shod. One is 4 and will start CTR this year (I'll use some boots on her front hooves). Another is 24 and has never had shoes. We ride in rocky and gravely trails. I hear it takes time to train them when they are used to shoes, but can be done. There is a website about barefoot for soundness where they trim their own horses. Go for it!!!CAtherine
