[RC] teenager needs ride to East Bay ride Friday - TypeF \(Jackie Floyd\)
I've got a teenager who wants to try endurance for
the first time and I have agreed to loan her James for the 25 to ride with a
friend of mine who will take care of her. She didn't realize she needed to be
there on Friday afternoon and doesn't have a ride. She says she lives in Palo
Alto. Is there anyone available coming from that area or someone who could pick
her up at a Bart station somewhere? I don't know the first thing about Bart,
where they are, if I could get my big rig into the parking lot or
anything.
If I can't get her there by Friday, I'm not going
to let her ride. I've never let someone ride one of my horses on a ride before
and I don't know her. She'll be in good care the day of the ride but I want to
see her meet James and take a test ride on him first and get all the gear set
up.
If anyone can help, please let me know. She has a
call into Johanna Constance (the friend who will be babysitting her Sat.) to see
if she can pick her up at a Bart in Walnut Creek.
