Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Elevator Ride Rules - AprilGood point about the loops in the correct order. Thanks for pointing that part out to me. Here's a question that just came to me as a curious person. Can a ride manager sanction 2 50 mile rides in the same day? One for the "regular" 50 milers and one for the elevaters? I skimmed the rules, but didn't see anything about that. Might be there. I just didn't read everything word for word. As for the 10 hours, I love being in the minority. :-) My first 50 I came in with 30 minutes to spare. My second one I went a little faster and came in with an hour to spare. This last one, though, I had a ton of time to spare. An hour and 40 minutes! LOL April Nashville, TN ----- Original Message ----- From: Truman Prevatt <tprevatt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> In the SE very few riders take more than 10 hours or so to finish so I doubt if this ever came up. Thanks for pointing it out. <snip> Rule 6 states Completion requires meeting all of the following criteria: 6.d. states Following the prescribed course, and doing multiple loops in the correct order. to get a competition for a 50 mile ride one must follow the 50 mile trail in the correct order. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
