Yep, I took the bait, and I’m really excited that I
did. I’m putting on a new ride in the Pacific South Region.
It is on the 2005 calendar on April 9th.
I have not submitted my web-site to the calendar yet, however, you can visit it
(and please do – it’s got lots of detailed info and pictures of the
trail) at http://www.DesertCatfishClassic.com
As this is my first ride to manage, and I’m intending
to make this a ride to remember, it is limited to the first 150 riders.
Base camp will be at historic PioneerTown, and old
Western town that once served as a movie set built by Gene Autry and Roy
Rogers. There’ll be live entertainment before and after the awards,
and a whole bunch more. Go check out the web-site. For now, please
download the application and don’t bother with trying to fill it out
online – that’s not working right quite yet.
Hope to see you there – I’ve received great
encouragement and support from several of our favorite fellow ride managers and
I am extremely excited to share those incredible trails that I do my training
on.
