Re: [RC] rump rugs - brncntryI've been kicking that around, too. I was thinking of some kind of netting, like bridal veil netting. It should be stiff enough for sewing, plenty of ventilation, but with holes small enough to keep the bugs off. I've also heard that if you hang CD disks in the barn area, it keeps the bugs away....for whatever reason. Maybe they don't like the reflection, it may interfere with vision or something. At any rate, what about an iridescent bridal netting? That, too, would shimmer and may be another bug inhibitor.
