[RC] Owyhee Canyonlands Ride info - steph teeter

Regarding pre-registration: There is a $5/day discount for
pre-registering - but I need to actually have your registration and
payment by October 12 for this to count. (that's the whole idea). It's
nice when folks send email saying 'I'll be there' but it still doesn't
alleviate the hassle of trying to register folks the day before the
ride. 

We've had some good showers in the past few days, so the dust has
settled. 
The trails are looking good - it will be mostly the same course as last
year, though I'm looking for something special for the Halloween ride
day.
