Actually it would be quite easy. All you need
would be some tent fabric, and a zipper.. Cut and bund off a hole suitable
in size for the A/C. Make a flap and zipper to flap down over the hole,
overlapping at the sides and bottom, so the hole can be covered when the A/C is
not needed. A stand to put the A/C on to raise it off of the ground would
be needed.
As for as a heater, either catalytic (not run while
sleeping etc.) or go like wilderness packers do and install a wood
stove.
