WAIT!! You mean I don't have to get my nails done?!?!?!?
<Grin!> Since most horse folks are more likely to remember your
horse's color than your hair color...go with the comfort!
You know........I don't think many people are really noticing
what the back view of a 62 year old woman in tights looks like. Maybe
I'm wrong, but if someone is really noticing, let them have the fun.
I'm 20 pounds heavier than I would like to be, but my body is mine, and I
don't care if someone else doesn't like the rear view. That's THEIR
problem. I do my best to look as good as possible, but in an
endurance ride.....let's face it...most of us aren't fashion plates.
I'm much more interested in how their horse is moving and what he looks
like, not what the rider looks like. I'd just go ahead and wear what
is really comfortable, because if YOU are comfortable, you'll be a better
rider. My back view is quite a bit older than yours, and I don't give
a darn. I'm comfortable in my own skin, and I think THAT'S what
counts.
