Tom his has own list, called HorseScience.  He runs a tight ship.  Tom does 
not suffer fools on that list, keeps everyone strictly on topic, and if 
it's not about horse science, and it isn't backed up with verifiable facts 
or presented as a theory which has the potential to be carried out in the 
world as a true scientific experiment, then it isn't allowed on the 
list.  Tom doesn't generally give most people more than one chance to screw 
up on that list.

You have to apply to be allowed to subscribe to HorseScience.  You can do 
so by sending an email to horsescience-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but I 
don't know if the list is still open to new membership.  I'm pretty sure 
Tom isn't casual about who he accepts on that list.
