This is a bit of trivia, somewhat based upon the Sally Mann
Exhibition at the Corcoran Gallery of Art entitled 'What Remains'. I was
told from a renderer from a packing plant that the Arabs and Saddlebreds were
the hardest bones to crush so it would seem apparent that this cross would
