[RC] pre-entry - Ridecamp Guest

This must be a regional thing?  I can't imagine trying to just
show up at the full-to-the-gills PS rides.  In fact, some of our
ride managers have had to institute entry limits due to parking
situations, and some rides meet their max entry limits within days
of the entry forms being sent out.
