Joe Long, you would probably do a better job in explaining what the
10-10-10 award is or the perfect 10. But for folks  who are new or did
not know about this award here is a
general explanation...

I don't know if 10 years is involved but don't think so. This
is quite an accomplishment! Congratulations Roberta Harms and
Sha-Win, along with Joe Longs horse and Becky Harts whom already have
been awarded. Connie


Indeed, congrats to the third Perfect 10!  (And yes, my understanding is
that it DOES include 10 consecutive years of competition...)
