Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Brenderup and Back Roads - terry banisterYes. I realized after I posted that statement that I only felt them grab when I went over the speed bumps without slowing down, because I didn't have the horse in the trailer, and I forgot I was pulling it :-} The other person had purchased a "used" B, and I think it may have had a pre existing problem of some kind (?).Anyway, I have had no problems. I love the inertia brakes, and the fact that the trailer does not push the tow vehicle and I love it that the trailer has a hand brake on the hitch and a galvanized-steel frame, so it is strong, but won't ever rust and I love it that the trailer does not attract heat, so I can eat in a restaurant without feeling guilty about my horse cooking outside. He even has a bucket of water inside to drink from while going down the road. and I especially love it that hardly anyone else has a Brenderup ( "cause I love being the rogue) :-P

Happy Trails!

Terry

>From: "Ed & Wendy Hauser" <ranch@xxxxxxxxxxx> >To: "terry banister" <terrybanister@xxxxxxxxxxx>,<sharon1359@xxxxxxxxxxx>,<ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Subject: Re: [RC] [RC] Brenderup and Back Roads >Date: Mon, 23 Aug 2004 13:21:28 -0600 > >"...take a speed bump too fast in >town, the inertia brakes kick in, ..." > >My first trailer had inertia brakes.
