Of course the cheater would claim that the substance found had been administered 72 hours 5 minutes before the ride, and their horse just metabolized slower than the average horse etc. Next, the committee would have to change the rule to an allowable residue. Then the cheater would claim that since the sample was left unguarded by at least 2 licensed police officers at all times, the results of the test is not valid. We just do not need to let the Camel's nose to get any farther into the tent.
