[RC] Ride shoes for the hard to fit - Ed & Wendy HauserI have the same problem, size 11 4E. There are a couple of companies that custom make packer boots that work great if you don't run miles with your horse. White Shoe Company is one. They have a great website. Their problem is their boots have to be made with an arch support. My orthotics eliminated them I ended up with Westco (West Coast Boot Company) boots I ordered through a local store. I don't know if they have an outlet in your area or if they will sell directly.
