  Well, can't find an affordable source for flaxseed, (I'm sort of a brown 
bag warehouse shopper--OIFK-(one income 4 kids-well only 2 left home).
  And I have been buying the black oil Sunflower seeds at Walmart or 
Petsmart. And when R. was being treated for epm I learned the cheapest form 
of Vitamin E was to get the softgels at Sams for a couple hundred 1000 iue. 
for about 9.00. So here was "Oganic Flaxseed oil" softgels--200gels , 
1000mg. cold pressed for 6.64$ today when I went to SAMs Club.
  They eat the Vit. E gels from my hand or in their beet pulp. And I keep 
their feed in my basement, so won't get too hot........
  "Alpha Linoleric Acid(Omega3),Linoleic Acid(Omega6) and Oleic Acid (Omega 
9).These fatty acids are converted into important compounds that help retain 
normal, healthy blood pressure, immune function, and other body processes.

  BTW--You can shop Sams Club Online. They also carry MSN, glucosamine, 
chondrotions,Vit. E, C, Grapeseed extract etc. Most run about 6-9 for 200 or 
so.....
