:0)   Or they are in valleys , not usually sandy--usually rocky with  
undergrouwth.
  Buuuutttt--- You  might be able to find a sand arena  to work in.  Either 
a saddle club arena, county park with horse arena or fairgrounds or even a 
private one that might let you--
