Sorry for being unclear. I meant reversed
from the proper way. The flag on the Police uniforms on the right shoulder
had the union to the back, not the front.
Anyway, the point is well made that lots of
patriotic Americans sometimes don't follow the letter of the flag code. No
need for conspiracy theories.
