Oh Evelyn, what an adventure you had. I am so sorry we did not know you were
so close to camp, but could not make it all the way there. I would have come
and snatched you from the side of that road, gathered your merchandise, and
got you in to camp....as I know any one of the others attending Tevis would
have done the same.  I looked for you at the vendor area, but figured you
"just could not make it this year". (shoot, how true those words were,
huh???)

I had a tough decision to make, as to which pair of your tights to wear on
Tevis. I went with the patriotic ones, and was saving the blue tie-dye for
the second half of the ride.(but we pulled at Foresthill)  Even though they
are all covered by half chaps, and knee braces, here is a photo of me
wearing them, after we crossed over the top of Squaw.

Tevis does turn in to some of life's most memorable adventures....even for
