RE: [RC] [RC] tevis sponsorship - terry banisterThank you Ed,And for those of us that will never make it to any international endurance event, it gave that "big time International" flavor to our event here at home. Also, their sponsorship "colored" the race but did not influence, change or control it in any way (did it?) And their Riders DID put to rest the question of how well those desert guys would be able to do at Tevis!! I was crewing and they came to our friend next to us to request crewing assistance, but she was by herself and had to decline. That says to me they not only came here and rode well, one with a broken arm, they also did it without the quality of assistance they are used to.
