Re: [RC] Nick Warhol- Tevis 2004 Story - martha merriamHi, I would be that rider of the Hanoverian who fell in Nick's latest ride story. Thanks to all the individuals who stopped and exerted massive amounts of energy in turning a 1280 pound confused horse around and rescuing me! You were kind and terribly reassuring as well, and Cory's expertise was much appreciated. We rode on - the vet looked at him at Lyon Ridge and said he was fine - but then stumbled on a downhill rock with his name on it after leaving that stop. Duncan sliced open his face and although the vets duct-taped it at Red Star Ridge it was a deep cut and I r/o out at Robinson after vetting out. He now sports 6 royal blue stitches and is feeling fine. I wondered if I remembered what happened accurately - sounds like I remember it. Thanks for the great story that we had a small part in, and thanks again so much for your help. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
