Most of the vets I have encountered would tell you that the horse wasn't ridden 
far enough- put her into a 50- back third of the field  and she probably will 
have used up alot of that extra energy she uses to misbehave.  Wet saddle pads 
cures alot of transgressions.  Ride more & Good Luck.
